Does JotForm / Hubspot integration support form alerts to recently Unsubscribed re-entry User?

    Hello,

    We are looking for a form option that integrates with Hubspot CRM that supports Hubspot's alerts when a User who has previously Unsubscribed, re-fills out a subscription form with their email (see attached screenshot). This is supported on Hubspot's native forms.

    Is this something the Jotforms supports with the Hubspot integration?

    HubSpot integration can do the following:

    • Capture new leads
    • Add contacts to your HubSpot lists
    • Keep existing contacts up-to-date

    You may also create a form with a notification if the user wants to unsubscribe with the subscription and let your users update the form as well with the edit link on email notifications: how-to-let-users-update-their-form-submissions-at-a-later-date
