I received notice that our upload space is full. I have deleted some submissions but that number hasn't changed. How can I find our uploads so that I can bring this limit down and reactivate our free account?

Kindly make sure to delete the submissions from the trash folder as well, this guide will help you to do so: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-how-to-delete-form-submission-data#trashed-entries
If the problem persists, let us know.

I've checked your account and found your trash folder is empty, but you still need to delete some of your old or unwanted submission since your current upload space is 101.37MB.
Please follow the steps in this guide to delete the submissions after having a backup of them, after you delete the unwanted submissions, you will need to make sure that you've deleted them also form the trash folder as my colleague mentioned in the previous reply.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Is there a delay in seeing a change in the upload storage? The number I saw before I received the most recent reply was over 111 mb. Now I see 101.37, but I've deleted more but the number hasn't changed from 101.37 mb.

We apologize for any inconvenience, I've checked your account and after recalculating the space it's now 93.41 MB, your account's state is active and should operate normally now.
Let us know if you are still facing the issue.
