Upload space limit reached

Hello, I received notice that one of my forms was to be deactivated due to upload space. I have deleted previous submissions which should put me below the limit.

Your account is over the limit. You have reached the 100 MB file upload storage limit.

To clear the upload storage limit, you need to delete the submissions with attachment files. Just keep in mind that deleted submissions are not recoverable so we suggest downloading them before deleting them or you can upgrade your account to increase the storage limit.

I had already deleted them and cleared cache however still states I am over limit

I've checked your form submissions, and it seems like there are still remains of the submissions you've deleted. Kindly purge or delete those submissions from the trashed entries in order to free up some space.
