Using form on Wordpress - hidden fields displaying

Asked by audabee on October 10, 2013 at 03:31 PM

I seem to have a small problem with our form. It has a nubmer of "add more fields yes/no" prompts but they're all displaying (that is - not "hidden" until the user selects 'add more - yes').

It seems to be intermittent, but at the moment, it keeps showing all six "add more" fields. Which is not a disaster, but it makes the form loooong (because most people only have one or two kids to add).

I'm using the Jotform Wordpress plugin to display the form within a post (using the shortcode) but I don't know if that makes a difference...

Unfortunately, the javascript is not always acting identical in different browsers, and it looks like that the form is conflicting with other scripts on your page. I can not reproduce this issue in FireFox, Opera and IE, but I can see it in Chrome.

Can you try to use a Form Source code to see if that makes any difference?

The 100% method that should work is iFrame, but the downside of this method is missing smart auto-heigh on the iFrames.

    Thank you.
