In the past I've always received a registration email from jotform and a payment email that goes along with the registration. As of October 1, I don't receive those anymore. Can you help me problem solve that? I wasn't on your website from October 1-7, so my settings should be the same.

Hello, I do see that the form 32136220786956 is setup properly. I've gone ahead and cleared the cache on your account forms. I would also suggest to get in contact with PayPal Support to verify the transactions that have been attempted within those dates.

Another step to try would be removing the payment tool from your form and adding it again to your form as to reconfigure the payment tool back on your form. Or creating a new form and adding the payment tool there.
As from my knowledge the PayPal payment tool has not had any outage issues. I would still advise to contact PayPal Support to make sure if there has been any failed payment attemps on your form.
