Transfer jotforms to another user

    Hello,


    can you please transfer all of my jotforms to another user (user name taryn.baker)? Please let me know if you have any questions.

    We can move forms. However, the account taryn.baker is a free user. The free account can only create up to 5 forms. On top of that, you have 800+ submissions, 29+ GB of File Storage, and 23k total submissions. The account has to be upgraded first to Silver before can move forms.

    Also, the uploaded files may take time to be transferred considering their number.
