Change my username

Thank you for contacting Support.

We can change your username for you, but before we do that, please note the following:

• Custom URLs (e.g. http://www.jotform.com/my_old_username/my_form) will not work anymore once we change the account's username.
• However, direct form links like http://www.jotform.com/1234567890 will be fine.
• Username must be at least 3 characters, maximum of 30.
• Alphanumeric and underscores only. Spaces and dashes are not supported.

Please provide your desired username and alternate names in case the proposed username is not available, if you want to proceed.
