Zoho Integration: One field not working

    Hello,

    I set up an integration from JotForm to Zoho.  It works very well, except for one thing.  We collect the City of the lead to determine who it gets assigned to.  I cannot find a way to pass this City field on the JotForm to either the City field on Zoho, or a completely new text field.  It appears that whenever I put "City" into the label, the field disappears from the drop down.  I have had to use the label "Town" as a work around.

    Any idea why this is?

    Hello David,

    Besides changing the name of the field. Have you tried removing the Zoho integration and recreating it, while the field is labeled City.

    Cesar,

    Yes, if I remove and recreate it, it will not give me City as an option to choose from my list of fields on the JotForm.  It appears to be somethhing with the name "City."  Almost like it wants to force any address related fields into using the JotForm Address function.  As soon as I change the label back to Town, it shows up in the list.

    Wierd.

    Hi,

    when integrating forms with a CRM in this case, mapping fields is a little strict in order to match the submitted data type with its destiny data type, that why you will  only found "address" type fields  while trying to match it with "Mailing Adress".

    So perhaps you can try by adding an "Address" field to your form instead of a text box field for the city, then you can change the field properties in order to show only the "City" option.
