Having trouble uploading files

I hope you will be able to help me. This is a time sensitive deadline.

I am trying to up load my artist bio (word doc), resume(word doc)and 20 images to The Untitled Space art gallery submission form.

The sizes and spelling have all been checked and rechecked.

They appear live, yet when I click on them I am getting a WOOPS error page, and numbers have been added to the beginning of my submission titles.

Hi Carol,

It looks like you want to view the uploaded files before you submit the form.

Please note that these files will not be saved on JotForm servers until you submit your form. That is why you are not able to view these files.

Upload Field shows the message "No File Chosen". You can try to upload the file again and submit the form.
