The RSS reader isnt working for me.

I paste the RSS URL into the proper field in the jot form but the link is not working.

You need to add the RSS URL into the widget.
This is how a form's RSS URL looks like https://www.jotform.com/rss/<formID>
I checked your last edited form and you have added https://www.jotform.com/ into the widget which is incorrect:

This RSS reader widget is used to show the updates from the RSS Feed site.
