I've gone ahead and checked the setting on all 3 forms, I did find the Sender Name field empty. Also, I have checked the email address and it is not on the bounce list. Is this issue happening only on the phone? Are you able to view the emails on your Desktop?
Kindly try submitting test submissions on your form at this time. Do let us know if the issue perists. Thank you.
