Emails not received on iPhone

    My forms used to come to my email and was able to access them on my iphone. I upgraded my account with you and also upgraded to iOS 7. I now received an alert on my phone but no email. Very frustrating. Please help!!!!!!!!

    I've gone ahead and checked the setting on all 3 forms, I did find the Sender Name field empty. Also, I have checked the email address and it is not on the bounce list. Is this issue happening only on the phone? Are you able to view the emails on your Desktop?

    Kindly try submitting test submissions on your form at this time. Do let us know if the issue perists. Thank you.

    Thank you. For some reason it is now working on the iPhone. Maybe the re-boot,
