Unable to access account -- Suspended Account

    I cannot log in with Google, Facebook or Email. I cannot change my password--no link is sent to my email address.

    Hi Darlean,

    Looks like your account was suspended due to forms https://www.jotform.us/form/91655855986175. As you are requesting credit card related details from users in this form in simple text fields. Which is against our policies.

    Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms.

    However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available on our platform in order to integrate them into your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though.

    To reactivate your account we will have to delete the offending fields from your form. Please note that deleting the fields will delete the submission data as well.

    I am not requested anything funds that require a credit card--I don't know
    how you assumed that. This is a registration form only. In testing the
    form, I didn't add a submit button. How do I do that? I completed the test
    form but can't submit. Now it won't allow me to open up the form.
    I need help.

    Your new form in the new account does not have any offending fields. In case if you prefer to use your suspended account again then you can allow us to delete the offending fields from it and it will be reactivated again.

    Hi Darlean,

    Happy to help!

    I made a clone of your form 203558906560157 and noticed that, as you mentioned, you had not added a submit button there.

    I did add a Submit button to the clone of the form:

    And sent through several test submissions, which submitted properly and sent through the notification email as expected.
