Turn Off JotForm Invoice Going Out To the Cusotmer

Good Evening,

I have toggled paypal invoicing OFF. When completing a test order, I'm still getting a jotform invoice. I would prefer for this not to be sent to the customer. Is there a way to ensure this will be off?
