Hi,
In my form I had a bug in the "Save & Continue Later email" customization that forced me to delete everything and copy from another form.
Everything works but the paste-able link which looks like this:
NEW FORM
ORIGINAL FORM:
How can I edit it so it works...?
Thanks in advance,
Ian

Hi Ian,
Thank you for contacting Support.
Kindly go to Settings > Form Settings > Customize save and continue Later email > edit the share link option at the very bottom.
Here's my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/203562379578973
It should look like this on the email:
I hope this helps.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi Sam
Thanks for your response!
I cant really understand how to edit the link to be shared...
On my form there is no version of this: {{shareLink}}
And when I copied and pasted the link like you did, a colleague tried to fill out the form and the Continue Later email asked him to sign in, instead of just taking him to the form itself...

On troubleshooting further, I tried to replicate the steps but noticed it is working without the creation of any JotForm account.
1.I filled up the form with an email id and clicked on the Skip to create an account.
2.Next copy-pasted the link from the email into the browser. It did not ask me to create an account.

Could you please try out these steps on your end too?
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
