Account limit did not refresh after submissions have been deleted

    We were told the upload limit was exceeded so we deleted the submissions to create more space but the form still has not been refreshed even though we have also tried to refresh the cache.

    It seems your account was upgraded to Silver in which the over the limit has been lifted.

    Please check your account again and let us know if the issue still remains.
