I need private access on my self-test questions to my clients is there any way to do this here?
Example: I have my 2 clients, I want them to have access to the self-test question I made.

You can assign the forms to the users. Please follow this guide:
https://www.jotform.com/features/assign-forms/
You can make the form private and assign the users to fill the form.
The user should create a JotForm account to fill the assigned form.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Thanks.

Hi Eloyguides1,
If your client only shares the link without sharing the login password, the form should only be accessible by your client.
Best,
