i'm having issues logging to the system . i used Google SSO

    I want to use the mac client which does not seem to support SSO and the monday.com integrations. Currently, i can't even log into the web version the login screen stays on even though it says welcome. I have been able to log into the iPhone version.

    Hi Mony! Your account was been suspended; that is why you were not able to login. It was suspended due to the following form fields:



    I've removed SSN and Tax ID fields from your form and activated your account.

    IMPORTANT: Please note that you cannot collect login information in your forms, even if you include the required widgets as specified below. I've removed the login fields from your form as well.

    Please note that generally we do not allow collection of sensitive information like this in our forms. If you do want to collect it, then you can only collect such information from your own client; not from the general public. Also, you need to add the following widgets in your form.

    The widgets will serve as proof that your respondents agreed to have their sensitive information collected through your form.

    After adding these widgets; you can re-add these (SSN and Tax ID) fields into your form.
