How do i downgrade so I don't get charged any more/??

Upon checking, I found that you have paid through PayPal. Here are the steps to to cancel your subscription and downgrade your account:
1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Find the latest payment you made to JotForm.
3. Click on your subscription number.
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.
Please be noted that once you cancel your subscription, your account will remain premium for the time you have already paid but you will not be charged again.
