    as far as I can see , that plugin captures the data submitted from other wordpress form plugins and saves them at your wp site database(MYSQL).

    Both wordpress and Jotform are very flexible with the data managment, I think that you will be able to export  the submitted data to a jotform form  to the contact form db plugin by posting the submission data to a custom php thank you page wich will have to insert the data inside the db(mysql).

    You will need to have some programming knowledges, or contract a  programer trough out odesk.comfor example.

    Please check this guide, it is a generic guide about posting the submitted data to a MYSQL database.

    Hope it helps

    after making a test submission, I was redirected to the custom thank you page, but I cannot see the printed array, I guess that you already managed on hiding that part of the thank you page.

    Correct me if I'm wrong , and share with us the method used to connect the form submission to the plugin in order to provide you with better help about hiding the array, maybe you can contain the script result inside a <div> container and assign it an ID <div id="script_output"></div> then you can hide that container using CSS ei:

    #script_output {

    display: none;

    Hope it helps
