    I get "Error switching plan" when I try to upgrade

    Hi again!

    As you requested I am now logged in. Please switch account to free.

    When I try to upgrade from Premium to Economy I get "Error Switching Plan" message. My current subscription is canceled but valid thru Nov 26. How do I reactivate my subscription and upgrade to economy?
