Creating a form from a "Features Database"

We are a Custom Home Builder who has floor plans for hundreds of previously constructed homes. We use a Questionnaire with our new clients to determine the floor plan and features they want in their homes. We want to build a Form that is our Questionnaire that is linked to our Home Floor Plan Features database, so that upon completion of the Questionnaire, it will identify which plan best fits.

    Can JotForm do this?

Good day, thank you for contacting us. Please register a free account, and check the following guide to get familiar with our tool: https://www.jotform.com/help/2-how-to-create-your-first-web-form

You can create conditions to show specific fields or content based on users selections: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-how-to-show-or-hide-fields-base-on-users-answer

Unfortunately, we do not have a way to automatically pull data from an external database based on users selections. We only have the option to populate form fields from an Excel file using a unique code: https://www.jotform.com/help/442-how-to-use-the-spreadsheet-to-form-widget

Let us know if you have more questions.
