How to link form entries to a personal database?

We are a Custom Home Builder that has an archive of hundreds of one-of-a-kind plans we have previously constructed. We use a Questionnaire with new clients to discuss which features they want in their new home. We want to link this questionnaire with our Home Features Database to identify which of our existing Floor Plans best matched the desired features from the Questionnaire.

However, the form must be able to have some "hidden fields" that are not Customer-facing.

    Can JotForm accomplish this?

Hi, Blake. I am glad to help you today.

Do you want to link your form new entries to a database? Is that right? If yes, you can use the guide below to understand how you can accomplish that.

Perhaps, you can use one platform to create this automation, like Zapier.

I think you can also use webhooks. Here is another handy guide.

Finally, you can hide form fields by default or show/hide based on your user's answer. Here are another two guides about that.
