Ticket widget: Filled the field but still say "This field is required"

We are having issues with our Christmas Eve worship form. People have filled it out but comes up with an error when they try to submit, can you help? The form we are having issues with is here: https://form.jotform.com/203437017933150

I tested the issue on a cloned form, but I was unable to replicate it. Each time the form was submitted successfully.

Do we have permission to test your form? If the form is embedded, provide us the webpage RL.

I was unable to replicate it on my end as well, however I noticed that you did not have Conditional Logic and your Trashed Entries does not have 7 PM timeslot. I have also cleared your form cache but unable to fix the issue.

Could you kindly try to turn off the Required button then turn it on again for field: Worship Service? Please kindly let us know if this issue still persists, we may need to escalate it.

I removed the requirement as suggested and left it off and it is working. Thank you so much! I will just leave fruited off for now.
