    form results not sending email

    Hi,

    after checking our email server logs I find that email was successfully delivered to your email address, could you check your spam folder?

    I recommend you to configure a sender email address to your email notifications

    If this issue still happening, it is probably that your email service provider is blocking emails coming from JotForm servers, in that case you can provide them with the copy of the logs and this IP list in order to whitelist.

    Hi,

    test emails are not the same as the form notifications, email notifications could be marked as spam.

    Here is the log entry corresponding to the last submission made by you.

    Okay, now this is getting just plain stupid. I should not have to go through flipping Engineering hoops to do this. After verifying email address, I enter the code and it give me this:

     

    Error occured please try again: Error on query: INSERT INTO `user_settings` (`username`, `key`, `value`) VALUES ('splashdesignworks', 'verified:info@splashdesignworks.com', '1');
    Error returned:Duplicate entry 'verified:info@splash-splashdesignworks' for key 'KEY'

     

    This is getting beyond ridiculous. I JUST WANT MY EMAIL RESULTS.

    Hi,

    it seems that you have already added that email address using the smtp option at the past, please delete it following this guide:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/241-How-to-Edit-Delete-Sender-Emails-on-SMTP-Settings

    and then try adding it again.

    As I mentioned, email notifications are coming out with out any issue from the JotForm servers, It is probably that you email service is blocking the email notifications.

    Nothing.

    I deleted it. clear forms cache. re-entered it as is straight from the hosting email server's smtp info. tried the form again and nothing.

    Now you should configure the sender  E-mail info@splashdesignworks.com inside your email notification, it still having the "noreply@jotform.com" default address.

    Gosh what else is there?? I did just what you said. I selected that. filled out form and nothing!!! really...... this should not even be 1/4 this hard.

    it seems that there is something wrong with your SMTP credentials:

    I just got another customer saying they signed a form online and NOTHING in my inbox.
    I'm going to have to stop using Jotform with me and ALL future signups if you can't get this simple thing together

    Hi,

    I checked your email server logs again and the main problem still unresolved, the reason why you are not receiving the email notifications is because there is something wrong with the  SMTP credentials used to sent the notification via your SMTP email server.

    Please follow the next steps in order to check your SMTP settings:

    1. Click on the User Icon at the top-right of the screen.

    2. Click on "Account"

    3. Select "Settings" Tab

    4. Check the SMTP settings.

    If you have the SMTP server configurations details, we can configure it for you, with your previous permission.
