Email Notifications

    Dear Jotform Support,

    I am currently experiencing problems with the email notifications received from the 'Course Booking Form' and 'Information Request Form' whereby the forms are emailed with rather than the email of email stated within the form. I have looked at the User Guide and it shows an 'Email' option under the 'Sender Email' in the Reply-To and Recipient section but this is not listed in the drop down box, please see screen shot.
