Dear Jotform Support,
I am currently experiencing problems with the email notifications received from the 'Course Booking Form' and 'Information Request Form' whereby the forms are emailed with firstname.lastname@example.org rather than the email of email stated within the form. I have looked at the User Guide and it shows an 'Email' option under the 'Sender Email' in the Reply-To and Recipient section but this is not listed in the drop down box, please see screen shot.
