JotForm Salesforce Integration

    Hello,

My team is looking to build a "customer assessment form" so we can understand the needs of our real estate agent customers. I know the power of JotForm but I don't know how we might be able to integrate it with Salesforce so we capture all of that information in CRM.

Is there a way that our sales rep could pull up JotForm for a particular customer that they are already working with (and already in Salesforce) to get their answers to the assessment questions and have them go back into notes?

It's probably not a typical use case but if you can imagine a doctor asking questions before an examination - - that's probably what it will be like. :) The patient is already in the system but we need answers to questions to be retained in the record.

    Any help would be great.

    Thank you!

With our SalesForce integration, you can Create or update a record, and Find a record. We have a detailed guide for Salesforce integration.

I do not understand the second part of your question: "Is there a way that our sales rep could pull up JotForm for a particular customer that they are already working with (and already in Salesforce) to get their answers to the assessment questions and have them go back into notes?"?

Do you want to push some data from Salesforce to JotForm? That is unfortunately not possible. The data can only be sent from JotForm to Salesforce. You can provide a form to your user and once he submits it, you can update his record on Salesforce with the Update if an existing record is found option.
