Error messages

    Patients are unable to submit the forms and it is showing an error to go back and complete a question. I do not see the question on the form, is it possible that it is "hiding" somehow?

    Hi,

    It seems that the form is deleted so I have cloned it to verify the issue. I have made a test submission and I can replicate the issue on my end, it seems that the error is referring to a required filled that are left blank when submitting the form. Because when I tried to Unrequire all the fields I was able to submit the form without the error message.

    However, I would also recommend using the Single Choice field for questions that requires an answer, such as these fields:
