Hello, upon checking your email address it is linked to a guest account. Guest accounts are users that directly created a form without registering. Do you know what username you have registered?
Alternatively, you may choose to register a new account by clicking the Sign Up button at the upper right corner of the page
If in case you are having trouble on your forms please clear your browser's cache first and logging in to your account.

I am using WP and have added the plug-in. I want to register an account with you. I have tried the register button shown in the screenshot above, but the form won't send. my user name is HSCE. I am also trying to create a form, I have gone to the templates page and it loads a blank page.I have since tried an alternate email address and user name to create an accout. I am having the exact same problem.
Did you already try clearing your browser cache and cookies? That should resolve the issue of creating a new account.

Hi.. yes I have cleared cookies and cache and also tried 3 diffient browsers, also this form is being difficult to send, it just hangs. I cannot obtain an API key either so I am unable to use the plug-in on WP. I might have to deactivate your plug-in
Hello, it could be a DNS issue from your ISP or from your intranet if you are under a private network. You could use a public proxy client for temporary usage. You may use Ultrasurf so to sign in and register your account using this.
Ultrasurf should open Internet Explorer automaticaly upon connecting to their server. You can begin going to JotForm from IE. Please let us know if this has solved your issue. Thanks
