Hi guys,
A few weeks ago i accidentally upgraded to the Gold plan and you very graciously downgraded and refunded me. Accounts are having issues reconciling the difference though, and i believe you only refunded the difference between the Gold plan special pricing, and the silver plan full pricing.
We purchased the Silver plan on special so we are now missing $122.20
For ease of understanding:
On 24 Nov we paid $234 USD for a Silver level subscription.
On 7 Dec we paid 368.20 USD to upgrade to Gold (this was an accidental upgrade).
So a total of $602.20 USD has been paid.
On 8 Dec we were refunded $246 USD
there is now a difference of $122.00
Can you please assist?

On verifying the charges, we have refunded the amount.
The refund should reflect in 3-4 working days.
