Export encrypted submissions

How do we access the forms that were in our account?

Is there a way to export them unencrypted?

Unfortunately, if you have an encrypted form, submissions will remain encrypted when exported. You can only decrypt the data from your submission page(JotForm table) by uploading the private key generated when you enabled the form encryption.

Also, please take note that disabling that option won't decrypt the data that were already saved, only future submissions will not be encrypted.
