I am working on a form for my Non-Profit Charity Organization (Nursing Home).

I would like to check if there is any discounted price plans for Organization like us or if there is free plans with upgraded features for our usage?

The purpose for the form tool is to build a form for visitors or next-of-kins or volunteers to fill up, before they come into the nursing home.
