How I can enable clients to see all the available search location within 5-10 miles radius of a zip code.

I am trying to add a widget to "a medication refill request form" that can enable the patient to see all the pharmacy options within 5-10 miles (in the same way when you search for pharmacy in google map) with their phone number based on a zip code they provide

I have created API in Google through Gsuite and activated the billing and went over post about the location (https://www.jotform.com/help/597-how-to-get-google-maps-api-key-for-jotform-mapping-widgets)

I am not sure which Widget is the best to pull what I am looking for and about the best way to implement the API I have created in through my G suite account. I appreciate your help.
