Error accessing form edition page

    Hi guys,


    Since yesterday I am experimenting this error on form edition page. I cannot edit any form I have created.

    Is there a general problem?

    No we are not having any issue with our form editor. I did try to edit your forms and did not find any issue with that. Please check the screenshot below:

    What is the error message you see when you try to edit your form? Unfortunately we are unable to see the screenshot you have shared. Please share the screenshot again, and we will take a look.     the message says:

    Something got wrong and we cannot load the Widget list. Could you please reload the page?

    I uploaded the image. I can see it when I attach the file, but, I do not why after loaded it breaks.


    About browser, I use Safari 13.1.1 and also try Google Chrome 86.0.4240.111 with another jotForm account and have the same experience.

    The widgets list cannot be loaded. So, I cannot edit integrations or add fields from Widget components list.

    I tested your form and the widget list seems to be working fine. Please try to edit the form after clearing your browser cache. I have cleared your form cache on our end.

    I cleaned the cache but did not solve it.

    I try a different computer and I am still have the same problem.

    Indeed, sometimes when I try to access JotForm.com, i received a page asked CAPTCHA resolution

    I have also tried checking one of your forms as an administrator but I can't seem to recreate the issue on my end:

    Can you try to connect to a different network? It could be with the IP address or with your internet connection. However, kindly try again to provide us with the screenshots by accessing this ticket on a browser and use the image icon to upload the images as we are unable to view attached files to emails.
