How do I create a white-label survey on JotForm?

    I need to white label survey in Gold Plan. Or I need enterprise account with 1 user.

    Hi, Tripathi_Aabhas.


    As you can see below and on our pricing page, with a JotForm paid account, you can remove branding on your forms. You do not need an Enterprise account to do that.

    You can uncheck the "Show "Powered by JotForm" on my forms" on your account settings page. Here is the direct link.

    Would i be able to update the url? - because thats what white labelling means to me?

    Unfortunately, you will not be able to white label the URL with a standard JotForm account. White label is only available for Enterprise users.

    I saw that you also asked if you can have an Enterprise account with 1 user. This is also not possible. The minimum number of users is 5 because we need to set up a dedicated server for each Enterprise client and the minimum user count essentially covers those costs.
