I have a form already made. It is a PDF and there are questions/answers for people to fill out. How do I get the questions from my original pdf to sho

If your PDF form is a fillable one, the questions will automatically create online form fields on JotForm and map them to your original PDF.

However, if your PDF is not fillable, you will need to add form fields into the online form and map them onto your original PDF which you have already done.

Now you just have to edit the form fields to show your question titles.
