Older forms disappearing in recently modified http to https-based site

I have been assigned the task of moving an older site and adding an SSL cert. for security. There are 3 jotforms embedded in the site that worked fine until adding the SSL (.htaccess file mod.) After adding the SSL cert. to the site, the forms disappeared from the pages they were embedded in. Is there something i need to change on the jotform side to get them show up and function correctly? I've turned off the SSL cert. for now until I get this resolved.

After that, please test it again and let us know if the issue still persists.
