My application keeps freezing on new applications

I need immediate assistance on my account. My applications has frozen on several applicants. It’s really hindering my operation of business.

Is the form embedded on any website? May we know what error are you getting while you are submitting the form?

I see you have mostly the File Upload element on the form. Are the files not uploading?

Could you please share the screenshot of the error that you are getting?
