Autoresponder Email: Output is different from settings

    AR Email is perfectly formatted inside editor but

    Final email it is all messed up

    I was unable to understand the issue, Can you please elaborate on it by providing us additional details about the issue, The videos you have provided seem to be the same.

    Formatting in Auto Response message editor in JF Email looks one way but
    final output email is misformatted badily

    What do you mean? I took an article formatted in plain text, pasted into JF
    editor and formatted so it looked right inside your editor. When I do a
    test email to Gmail it's all out of whack. A Colleague of mine said he saw
    the same thing as I.

    It looks like you are referring to another form:203345846785062.

    I have cloned your form, did test submissions and was able to replicate the issue. I have checked the source code for Autoresponder and everything was set up properly.

    Please kindly allows me to escalate this issue to our back-end team. We can't provide the exact ETA, but we will notify you through this ticket as soon as we have updates.
