How do I send a different auto-responder email for each item purchased?

Asked by TIDWebsite on October 11, 2013 at 06:08 PM

Hello, I found this tutorial http://www.jotform.com/answers/119856-How-do-I-send-a-different-auto-responder-email-for-each-item-purchased that will help me with my new project but I have a question please.

What if the user decides to purchase more than one digital item (PDF Download) at a time. How would the conditional Notifications / Autoresponders work? Would the user be sent more than one conditional Notification / Autoresponder for each PDF Downlaod link?

    Thank you.

Yes, this will work, but you will need to make sure to use different Email Notification / Autoresponder for each product. The form can not send the same Email multiple times, but it can send multiple separate Email Notifications / Autoresponders upon submission.

    Condition examples:

If something is not clear, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

Thank you very much that is just what I am looking for. One last question please. Is it possible to separate the items on a multiple item form with a line of text?

    Thank you.

    That's great!

Regarding on your question, would you mind elaborating it further? I'm sorry but I don't quite get it. :)

May I request to open a new thread for that question and provide more details.

    Thank you in advance.
