nevenafitAsked on December 24, 2020 at 1:11 AM
Hello,
I have created several forms in which clients were sending their photos throughout the fitness challenge so we can follow their progress.
Now we have a final check, and I created one more form, and apparently now I cannot access the previous forms and photos, nor am I receiving the mails and the photos from this last one.
All I get when I click to a link with photos is that we cannot find the link, the page may be down and a photo of your cat fishing. What is going on? Is your sistem down?
Please help. Here is the link to my last form, which obviously also doesn't work.

Please be noted that you have enabled the privacy settings in your account so you cannot view the uploads without getting logged into the account.
You can either uncheck these settings from the account or log in to your account before viewing these files.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

This form is not in your account but in a different account with username "bo*****hallenge2020". Please uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy setting of this account and that will solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
