I am not receiving some form emails once completed nor am I receiving the funds for it, but the clients seem to have been charged... This has happened now 4 times in the past week...
I have now found a 5th that I didn't receive but is the form submissions... she is asking for a refund, but it doesn't seem these funds are being sent to me, so I cannot refund her...
These are what I have not received an email for, nor can I find their transaction in my email....
I have received HUNDREDS upon HUNDREDS of forms for these specific submissions and am missing about 7 of them... NONE of them are in any inbox of mine, and NONE are in my transactions on Square...
my client is losing her mind over a refund I can't give her because I don't even have a transaction - her card has been charged, I've seen her statement.
