Cannot sign-up

Hi, I've tried to sign-up to your site, but the sign-up page does not seem to work. I have then reloaded the page and tried to sign-in but now says my password is incorrect, I have tried to reset my password but I've not had any emails from you to reset it (checked SPAM as well).

Does your sign-up system work?
