Scoring each answer on a form

Hello,

Is it possible to score each answer on a form. As an example, if I have a T/F survey, is it possible to score true answers with 2 points, false answers with 1 point, then send those results to the person who filled out the form?

Another example, instead of using T/F, is it possible to use a Likert rating that would rank them from 1 to 5 and send results?

You can assign calculation values to your fields and set up a calculation to calculate the result. You can display the result on the Thank You page or send it to the users via Autoresponder Email.
