Having trouble connecting to paypal to accept credit cards

I have developer access to our organization paypal account and it keeps wanting information as if I'm creating a new account. It seems I can connect as PayPal standard ok but then it won't allow me to accept credit cards. The business account wants me to enter info that I don't have.

It seems that you have used stripe for collecting payments. In order to collect payments, you may have to connect the stripe with your form.
