Hello, the drop down field and radio buttons show up on the reports as the selected answer of a given question. For example is I have the following questions in drop down menu and radio button fields:
Example Form: http://form.jotform.co/form/32844523179863
The submission results will be listed like this:
(I've made multiple submissions on my example form)
This is the Table Report of the Form Above: https://www.jotform.com/table/32845396169063
As you can see on the submissions report the drop down menu and radio button show the value selected on the form.
Hope this clears your doubt, If you need further assistance, do let us know. Thank you.

the fact insert the field in the report, I can do this, if I wish to appear in the report only what is "BLUE" I want to know how to make this criticism.

From my understanding then, you wish to filter the data as to only shows the "blue" submissions.
Currently filtering the submission data directly from the form editor is not possible. There are 2 options in regards to exporting the data and filtering it.
Excel Export Method: This method would consist in downloading the submission data in Excel format to filter the data from within Microsoft Excel.
You can do this by accesing the submissions page of your form and cclicking on the Excel icon at the bottom left corner (Below the submission being displayed).
Google Spreadsheet Method: This alternate method consists on integrating your google account (if existing or you may need to create one).
