Can I change the date format to dd/mm/yyyy ?

Yes, you can interchange the position of the day, month, and year to your preferred date format when you add a Date field in the Configurable List widget.

However, if you are looking to have the "month" in its equivalent number (26/12/2020), I'm afraid that the widget doesn't have an option for that. Kindly confirm if that is what you are referring to so we may forward it to our developers as a feature request. We will wait for your response.
