I've checked your form and also have cloned it to my side and it seems working well even in the Form Builder, it's expected to be a cache issue so you can try clearing your browser cache, please check this helpful guide.

I tried that and in the form builder I still have the same issue. however, when I want to update the payment widget it works and I am able to make changes but I don't see that on the form until I go into the actual form link

I was able to replicate the issue when I opened your form. Here's how it looks on my end while in the builder:

But when I previewed the form, the PayPal field is there.

You may try removing the field using the FIELD MANAGER app: https://www.jotform.com/integrations/field-manager

After removing the field there, you can then re-add it to the form and re-integrate with your PayPal account.

Please try that and let us know if that'll work for you.

@johnrex does that mean I would have to go into each individual form I have set up to do that? thats a lot of work

    Hello,

This is not an intended behavior.

Could you please let us know if you encounter the same issue in another form?

If it is not an isolated case, we will send it to our developers so they can take a look at the issue.

Should you have any further inquiries, do not hesitate to reply to this thread

actually, yes its on all my forms in the set up but when they are live they show up correctly. this just started happening the other day....when they are live they are ok but during the build or clone process they show the error. However, when I go to update the payment widget I can do that with no problem. but, I have to go directly to the widget in order to do that. I cant do that from the settings icons on the form because there are no settings icons

We will be glad to help you with your concern. However, I have checked some of your forms and I can no longer reproduce the issue you initially reported on this ticket. May we ask that you provide us the link to the forms that you are still having the issue you are reporting, please?

It only happens during the building or cloning.

Hello! I am able to replicate this issue on the cloned form as well. I've escalated this issue to the Backend team. As soon as this gets fixed; we'll get back to you.

For the sake of reference, I'm attaching the screencast of this issue:

Cloning a problematic form will copy this problem as well in the cloned form. Kindly try creating a new form.

    Thank you!
