Issues with integrating Salesforce to Jotform on webpage

I can not find an error log, to see what is being sent to salesforce. I have tried to enter every value in our system and create a lead. And there is no issue.

However every time I send one through the page, the info all shows correctly but nothing is ever created in salesforce.

I have removed all double use of Jot fields. Like Last name = Last name and Account = Last name.

I have made a field just for text values, instead of the native picklist fields in salesforce

The only thing I can figure is the state because you can not set a default in salesforce. Your system sends it as GA but it's Georgia in salesforce on a picklist. And because that is required, it could be causing the data not to come over. I even turn off my validation rule to see. Naturally, the state is NONE, there is no way to set a default. So none is not an option and could be causing the error.

It would be very helpful if we could use formulas in the integration. Map field Account = "First Last", " Last name"

I tried cloning your form and integrated it with my test Salesforce account, however, I can't seem to replicate the issue. The data are being sent as intended. Here's how I set it up:

I replicated the field mapping on your form. While here's how the data looks now in Salesforce:

Could you please try the same on your end? See if the data now appears on your Salesforce Lead table.

I have tried it, the exact same way you did. I can't seem to find anything in the Lead Table. I have searched for the address, phone number, and name. I can't find where it's sending any info to salesforce. I have also turned off most of my validation rules.

If I could see what it was rejecting or where the error was, I could figure this out.

Is there anywhere I can go and see what was sent to the org and/or debug log?

How do i schedule a phone call or video call?

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Unfortunately we do not have phone support available. I did check your form and this is how the form questions are mapped with Salesforce fields:

Is the "Contract Date" a date field in Salesforce with time stamp as well? Can you please remove the Contract Date mapping and test your form again? Please note that you can map fields one by one to see which one is causing this issue.

Do try it out and get back to us if the issue persists.

That's troubling, to say the least. No way to speak to support other than a form and no debug logs.

I have tried what you suggested. Removing the contract date filed and the value. I sent my 17 test load. Nothing came through again.

I have worked on this for 6 months, on and off. So has my webpage programmers till they finally gave up. That's when i opened an account and tried to make it work.

I can fully integrate eagleview through API calls with my team but I can't get this to work.

Can you please tell me where I can find the data it's sending to salesforce?

Unfortunately, there is no debug logs available for this integration. We don't have a way to test it our end since we don't have access to your Salesforce account.

What I can recommend is to map the fields one at a time. For example, map only the name fields, then make a test. If it succeeds, add another field to the integration until you come across with the field that causes the issue.

Also, please ensure to check each test entries here: https://ap15.lightning.force.com/lightning/o/Lead/list?filterName=00B2v00000PsJqhEAF

I tried creating the account/businessname/company name. I used the conditions option in Jot Form. As you can see i did a simple if First name is filled, then Combine First Name and Last Name Field.

Even when I check you out going spreadsheet, the value is not working.

    Why is this not working. 1609096868 5fe8dea49ba87 Screenshot 2020 Screenshot 101609096866 5fe8dea29e92b Screenshot 2020 Screenshot 21
