    Unable to reply to multiple user

    I received 3 submissions for 3 differente persons from the same computer and same IP adress. Succesfully i replied to first submission but on second two i get notification that says: 

     

    Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently. The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces. 

     

    I checked the email adress and it is correct. I dont know what to do, people are waiting for my answer ???

    Hello,

    This issue usually caused by your mail server. I have checked our forms and all working properly.

    Because even you send a form limit for a certain IP address, in the first place it won't let you submit the form. So this issue is not because of any form limit you have on your form.

    I have checked the issue with gmail and yahoo and one of the forums I read is this.

    Most of the emails are not litterally correct. Like, mispelled or invalid characters.

    Can you send over the 2 email addresses that you are having trouble with? So that I can test and further investigate if this is an error from our end or from your mail servers.

    However, to prevent user to spam you with false email addresses in the future, I highly recommend our App that would let you verify the validity of the email address of the user if it is a valid email or just a random email that your user puts-in.
