Salesforce HIPAA integration - conditions

    Is it possible to create conditions in the create record action -> Update if an existing record is found?

    so if either (contact-> phone OR contact-> email) is found than update and not only (contact-> phone AND contact->email).

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm afraid that what you are looking for to do isn't available with our Salesforce integration nor with any of our Form Conditional Logic. The "if rules" in form conditions intend to check the status of the fields on the form itself only. I can only suggest that you try to check with Salesforce to see if they have the feature to set conditions when checking new or existing entries that would meet your needs.
